- Barilla Elbow Pasta, cooked
- 1/2 c extra fine cane sugar
- white miso paste
- 1/2 oz green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 tsp oil blended
- mayonnaise
- 1/4 c unseas rice vinegar
- carrots, shredded
- 1/4 kosher salt
- ground white pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
